Mission
Statement
Our goal
here at Tru-Line is a simple one, and that is to provide the
best possible, portable and affordable alignment system in
the market today. We shall accomplish this by utilizing market
trends and customer response.
We feel
that the customer is often over looked in the sale of alignment
equipment. Very often the customer is told by the manufacturer
that they must buy another piece of equipment such as a lift
in order to do wheel alignment. Or they are told that they
will have to pick a location in their place of business and
that is the only place that they will be able to provide wheel
alignment services, and they will have to buy a computer in
order to provide their end customer with a print out of what
work has been done to the vehicle.

Our
answer to that is a resounding NO!!!! There should be no reason
that any alignment product manufacturer shall go into another
place of business and tell a prospective customer that the
only way to perform wheel alignment services is the way that
the manufacturer wants it done. Alignment products should
be simple to use and flexible to the shop environment. If
a vehicle cannot be brought to a service bay, then the equipment
should go to the job. It is true that the end customer should
be given a report of what has been done on a vehicle. That
can be done simply by writing it out in the notes section
of an invoice in easy to understand language, not odd angle
measurements that the end customer will not understand.
So, with
that being said, Tru-Line will provide the customer with the
best possible, portable and affordable wheel alignment system
in the market today. If you, our customer, are not satisfied
with your Tru-Line product within thirty days of purchase;
Tru-Line will refund to you your purchase price of your Tru-Line
Product. All of our Alignment products are made here in the
USA and carry a two-year limited warranty.
Sincerely,
Lesley Cooke, President
